Return & Exchange Policy

At Nebo Window Well Covers, we proudly stand behind the quality of every product we make. Our mission is to deliver craftsmanship that lasts—products that protect your home and add a polished finish you can feel good about. We believe in doing good work, offering reliable solutions, and always putting our customers first. While each cover is custom-built with care, we understand that occasionally a return or exchange may be necessary. Here's what you need to know:

Standard steel window well covers are eligible for exchange within 7 days of the date your order is received. If the size isn’t quite right or your needs change, we’re happy to help you exchange your standard cover for a different standard size—or upgrade it to a custom-built cover that fits your well perfectly. Our Customer Service team will guide you through the process to ensure everything fits just the way it should.

For custom window well covers, the $75 deposit is fully refundable up until our technician visits your home to take measurements. Once the measurements are completed and your cover moves into production it becomes a final sale and is no longer eligible for return or refund.
